Back Squat 3x5 @ Just 5-7# more than your heaviest set from last week... AGAIN, NO MISSES!!
(4:00 Clock)

Two Sets x MAX REPS (Kipping Pull Ups Or Kipping HSPUs)
(Do the same exercise as last week, but try to get a little more total volume than last week)

Take some time and full body stretch for 10+ Minutes!
