We may tweek this depending on what's posted for the WOD tomorrow...
Take 10-15 minutes post-WOD to work up to around 80-85% of your best One Rep Max Snatch to see how you feel...
THEN... Depending on how you felt during the snatch work pick a weight for the following...

50/30 Handstand Push Ups (Kipping Allowed)
10 Snatches (105#/155#)(80-85% 1RM)
(15 Minute Cutoff)
Snatch weight should be HEAVY, but doable one rep at a time... Scale the HSPUs as needed with more pads, off of a box, etc
Ill probably end up doing this one with you and my plan is using 185# (230#x80%) but if I miss the first two I'm moving down... Also the snatch can be any version you want... Hang, Power, Full Catch, whatever...
