STRENGTH/ENDURANCE TEST: 10 Minutes Only
Perform 1 ALL OUT set of STRICT pull ups/chin ups
(Use a band that allows you to grind out at least 8 reps, but no more than 15 reps before you hit failure)
The goal for unassisted men is 15 or more & women is 8 or more unassisted
WORKOUT:
21 Power Cleans (65#/95#)
30 Yard Gym Shuttle (Across the gym x3)
21 Box Jumps (20"/24")(Scale up to 24"/30", if you can keep it fast)
30 Yard Gym Shuttle
15 HANG Squat Cleans (65#/95#)
30 Yard Gym Shuttle
15 Box Jumps (20"/24")
30 Yard Gym Shuttle
9 Power Cleans (65#/95#)
30 Yard Gym Shuttle
9 Box Jumps (20"/24")
(10 Minutes Only For This One... We will run heats of 6 at a time)
There will be chalk marks on the floor that will mark the shuttle run that MUST be touched with your fingers in order to count the trip...
The goal for all the cleans is to go unbroken on EVERY SET, so scale the weight accordingly, if needed...
