SATURDAY WORKOUT

Every Minute On The Minute for 8 Minutes:

1 Full Squat Clean @ 80%
3 Handstand Push-ups

*You may scale the Handstand Push-ups by using AbMats, or you may do Box Handstand Push-ups, but make it tough... there are only 3 per minute. Keep the Clean close to 80% of your max; you may challenge yourself by rounding up a few pounds, but don't be overly ambitious. How much are you going to Clean?
