Time to have some fun with the new stuff!
WORKOUT:
Alternate the following two movements EVERY MINUTE, increasing the Single Arm DB Snatch weight every other round:
FIRST MINUTE - 100m Shuttle Sprint
SECOND MINUTE - 4 Reps of ALTERNATING Single Arm DB Snatch (Women - Start @ 20# & Men - Start @ 40#)
... And so on, but MINUTE FOUR would be 30# & 50#, MINUTE SIX - 40# & 60#... Up to 100#, if possible
* Continue until you can not complete the 4 reps of DB Snatch in under 1 minute *
