THURSDAY WORKOUT

We had the "Dirty 30" last week... So how about the "Terrible 10's" this week!

WORKOUT:
10 Calories On The Rower
10 Wall Ball Shots (14#/20#)
10 Box Jumps (20"/24")
10 RUSSIAN KB Swings (35# OR 53#/70# OR 88#)(Just to right above eye height only!)
10 Ring OR Barbell Inverted Rows
10 NO PUSH UP Burpees
* 10 Total Rounds *
(25 Minute Cutoff)

We will stagger 6 athletes at a time every 60 SECONDS OR SO until we have everyone going at once... It will get a little hectic, but that's why we kept the reps so low so if there is a log jam at a spot it won't be for long...

Is this finishable in 25 minutes?? If you keep moving at a steady pace... YES, IT IS!

POST ANY SCALING AND YOUR TOTAL TIME OR TOTAL ROUNDS COMPLETED IN 25 MINUTES TO COMMENTS
