"Hammer"
5 Power Cleans (95#/135#)
10 Front Squats (95#/135#)
5 Shoulder To Overhead (95#/135#)
20 Pull Ups (Scale up to Chest 2 Bar, if you can!)
* 5 Rounds with each round having a 90 second time cap & 90 seconds of mandatory rest between each round *
If we need to we will run this in pairs with one partner performing 1 round while the other one waits/rests & visa versa until each partner has completed 5 total rounds each... These rounds should be ALL OUT SPRINTS... Make sure to keep track of each round time closely & try to keep as consistent as you can!!

#1 - 85#/125#
#2 - 75#/115#
#3 - 65#/105#
#4 - 55#/95#
