Every Minute On the Minute for 7 Minutes:

2 Full Squat Snatches @ 80% of 1RM
5 Bar Facing Burpees

*For the Bar Facing Burpees, you will do a Burpee facing your barbell, and then jump over your barbell with both feet leaving the floor at the same time, and both feet landing at the same time. No step overs, it must be a legit jump. Nail down your Snatch technique during the warm up, and make sure you're moving as efficiently as possible.
