Weighted Ring Rows
10-10-10 (Add weight each round... No warm ups)
* The standard for this movement is chest to rings with feet up on a 12' box with NO CHANGE in your body position... In other words, no "waving" to get the last few reps...
Load this up by placing a weight across your chest

3 Forward Rolls aka Sommersaults
5 Wall Walks
7 Toes 2 Bar
9 Box Jumps (24"/30")
* 7 Rounds *
(20 minutes)
Use AbMats as a pad to do your forward rolls on & scale the distance on wall walks, but keep it consistent every round...
Last thing... Scale the reps to 2,4,6,8 OR 1,3,5,7 since the wall walks will start to take a toll on you...
