*A Simple Couplet before your rest day on Friday guys. If you cannot do Toes2Bar, you will do Hanging Leg Raises. The Push Jerks will be Jerks, no Presses, or Push Presses, you must re=dip under the barbell each rep. Track your rounds carefully, and take care not to tear your hands on the Toes2Bar today.
