We have a big day on tap as we are running a lifting meet again for the second straight year...
We have 49 total lifters this time coming from every affiliate in Omaha and even some from out of state!!
The meet will start with the women at 9am until around 11:15am then the men will be up around 11:30am until 2:30pm...
We will have plenty of food, drinks and heavy lifting on hand so feel free to come in and cheer on everyone!!
We will be back to regular classes Sunday at 12&1pm...
