SUNDAY WORKOUT (GOLDEN BD WOD!)

That's for all the bd love yesterday!

Here's how I show my appreciation... :)

Be sure to scale as needed and remember only one person working at a time, but you can trade off whenever you want...

WORKOUT:
"Justin"
Perform as many rounds as possible WITH A PARTNER in 31 minutes of the following:
8 Deadlifts (185#/135#)(Use just 60-65% 1RM, if scaling)
31 HSPUs/Pull Ups (Any Style)(Alternate each rd.. Rd 1- HSPUs, Rd 2 - Pull Ups, etc)
82 Double Unders (164 Singles)

You can scale any or all of these movements down accordingly since this is a long one and you might be a little beaten down from the WOD yesterday...

For the HSPUs you can use multiple pads against the wall, use a box or scale to regular pushups, if needed...
