SPEED/SKILL:
Tall Snatch/Snatch Balance (Pick whichever one will make you more aggressive catching the bar)
2-2-2-2
(10 minutes only... Keep weight moderate and speed high!)

POWER TEST:
Power Snatch
1RM (Newbies - 3RM)

Weight progression: Few more warms ups on this one since its a higher skill lift...
1st - 60% x3 reps
2nd - 75% x2 reps
3rd - 85% x1-2 reps
4th - 92-95% x 1 rep
5th-8th - GO FOR THE PR! (Start with just 2-5# over your previous PR)
(20 minutes)

MORE SKILL:
Take the remaining time to work on some FULL SQUAT CLEAN & JERK (Push OR Split) in preparation for the meet on Saturday & just for fun!!
* Try to quickly work up to about 80% of your OPENING weight on Saturday & do multiple sets at that weight if you have time...
