WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Back to some strength/power work!

SKILL:
Tall Clean Thruster & Working Some Clean Positioning From The Floor
(10-15 minutes steadily working up to your starting weight for the WOD below...)

STRENGTH/POWER:
Every minute on the minute for TWENTY MINUTES alternate between the following:

Odd Minutes: 1 DOUBLE Squat Clean Thruster
(Start with AROUND 80% of your best Push Press/Thruster 1RM on minute one & try to add 5#/10# on every round you come back to the Thruster)

Even Minutes: 3 STRICT Chest To Bar CHIN ups (Scale to chin above, if needed)
(Try to add weight on the first set and go up each round or use less band assist every round to really work on strength)

Some guidelines...
- The thruster will involve a clean from the floor that goes IMMEDIATELY into a front squat, stand up, then IMMEDIATELY go into a SECOND front squat which proceeds right into a push press overhead at the top...

- Chin ups are UNDERHAND and SUPER STRICT, no kip allowed at all and really focus on holding your hips and legs straight during the entire set...
