For Time:
Using a combination of Running, Rowing, and Double Unders, complete 5,000 Meters (5k).
The Rules:
1) You may only do up to HALF of your distance (2500m) with any one movement.
2) Each Double Under is worth 5 Meters; Singles are worth 2 Meters.
3) You have a cut-off of 30 Minutes.
*If you're a little confused, don't worry, we will go over everything beforehand. Adding up your movements could look something like this:
100 Double Unders (500m)
Run 2k
Row 2k
100 Double Unders (500m)
Total = 5,000m
**We realize yours may not look this organized, but you should come with a realistic plan for yourself, based on your strengths and weaknesses.**
