10 Thrusters (155#/103#)(Use 70% of your best Push Press/Thruster max, if scaling)

8 Thrusters (155#/103#)
180m Run
6 Thrusters (155#/103#)
180m Run
4 Thrusters (155#/103#)
180m Run
2 Thrusters (155#/103#)
(12 minute cutoff)

POST-WOD:
100 Bent Over Barbell Rows (Underhanded)(44#/33#)
(Make sure to stay parallel to the ground with your torso and pinch your shoulder blades!)
