SUNDAY WORKOUT

Strength, power & skill work with a twist! (And a little time pressure :))

WORKOUT:
Every minute on the minute for 7 total rounds/cycles (21 total minutes) perform the following movements in the order below for MAX LOAD on each movement so start Minute 1 off heavy-ish & add weight every time you repeat this three movement cycle...
- Minute 1 - 1 Shoulder 2 Overhead Lift (No Rack Usage Allowed... Must Be Cleaned)
(This can be a Press, Push Press, Push OR Split Jerk)(Start around 80-85% of your best overhead lift)
- Minute 2 - 2 Weighted Pull Ups
(Use DBs, KBs if you are adding weight or use AS LITTLE band assist as possible)
- Minute 3 - 4 Total Alternating Pistols (Add weight if you can OR lower the box height each time)

We will take the first 10-15 minutes of class working up to your starting weights for all the movements... Try to come with a plan and set some personal bests!!
