STRENGTH/PAIN: 20-30 minutes
5 Rep Max Man Maker
* A man maker consists of the following (do all this while holding a DB in each hand):
Push up to the DBs
Burpee with the DBs
Deadlift with the DBs
Hang Squat Clean with the DBs
Push Press/Jerk with the DBs
(Repeat this entire cycle FIVE times with the same weight AND must be performed in UNDER 2 MINUTES to count the set)
You must perform FIVE sets of this five rep cycle attempting to add load on every set... REST 2-4 MINUTES between sets...
WORKOUT:
"Express Flight Simulator"
Double Unders
5-10-15-20-25-30-25-20-15-10-5
OR
Single Unders
10-20-30-40-50-60-50-40-30-20-10
(10 minute cutoff)
THE CATCH...Your set of Double Unders/Single Unders only counts if it is done UNBROKEN... If you mess up on a round then you must start that round back over at 1...

Didn't make it in yesterday, so no Man Makers for me, but I did do the "Express Flight Simulator" on my own. It looked sorta like this:
5-10-15-20-(24)-25-(28)-(24)-(25)-(24)
And then I threw my jump rope and cried. However, on the up side, I think 28 is the most I've strung together in a real long time.
