Let's get a little practice at the WOD...
WORKOUT:
With a partner of close to equal ability perform as many ROUNDS & EXTRA REPS as possible in 20 minutes of the following:
4 Power Cleans (155#/105#)(70% 1RM Power Clean)
24 Double Unders (48 singles, but try to do Doubles, if you can!)
10 Pull Ups
You decide how you and your partner want to approach this workout... One partner can do two rounds then switch off or you can switch off every round, whatever maximizes your score... We want to have even enough teams so your group only requires one barbell, one jump rope & one spot on the pull up rig...
If we have an odd number we will try to match you up with another group of similar ability, but you will have a seperate bar, rope & pull up spot to use along side the main group...
PUSH YOUR PACE ON THIS ONE AND EARN YOUR REST PERIODS... LOOKING FOR AT LEAST 14-18 ROUNDS FOR ALL GROUPS ON THIS WOD...
