SUNDAY WORKOUT

Sprintsssssss.....

We will try to not make this too complicated :)

WORKOUT:
Complete 1600m worth of sprints in JUST ONE of the ways listed below...

#1 - Every 1:45 complete ONE 100m sprint for 16 rounds
(Men - 288 Total Seconds (:18 or less each), Women - 320 Total Seconds (:20 or less each))

#2 - Every 3:00 complete ONE 200m sprint for 8 rounds
(Men - 304 Total Seconds (:38 or less each), Women - 336 Total Seconds (:42 or less each))

#3 - Every 4:30 complete ONE 400m sprint for 4 rounds
(Men - 360 Total Seconds (1:30 or less each), Women - 380 Total Seconds (1:35 or less each))

No matter what you pick go hard and try to beat the goal times and TOTAL seconds of work listed below each respective run distance... There isn't any "extra motivation" tied to this workout if you don't beat the times listed above, but push yourself and see what's possible for you!

Make sure to prep your hamstrings with the roller and floss bands tomorrow...
