FRIDAY HALLOWEEN WOD!
We will get things started right around 7pm-ish.
In groups of 2-3 depending on how many we have... Spread the workload however you like...
31 Burpees/31 Air Squat JUMPS (Alternate Each Round)
... THEN...
The partner that finishes the final few reps will try to transport as much candy corn & candy pumpkins across the gym floor as possible using a spoon that can be held in the MOUTH ONLY...
... THEN...
That same partner must perform 10 pull ups on the other side of the gym after dropping their spoons contents into their teams bowl...
... THEN...
Once they have finished their last pull up they will have a chance to STEAL some candy out of another teams bowl using their spoon held in the mouth only and carry it back to their bowl...
* Complete as many rounds and transport as much candy across the gym into your teams bowl as possible in 13 minutes
THIS WORKOUT WILL BE SCORED BY THE AMOUNT OF CANDY SUCCESSFULLY TRANSPORTED INTO YOUR TEAMS BOWL ACROSS THE GYM... CANDYCORN IS WORTH 1 POINT AND CANDY PUMPKINS ARE WORTH 2 POINTS... SHOULD BE FUN!
