SATURDAY WORKOUT

Some testing & conditioning today!

STRENGTH ENDURANCE TEST:
Perform TWO sets of MAX REP pull ups/chin ups with just 2:30 rest between sets...
(If you don't get at least 15 total reps then take an extra set to increase your total)

Make sure to use a band, if needed, where you can get AT LEAST 6-8 reps before you hit as wall...

WORKOUT:
21 SUMO Deadlifts (135#/185#)(Scale to 60-65% 1RM, if scaling)
90 foot Shuttle Run (3 total times across the gym, touch WALL/BARBELL each turn)
5 Wall Walks
90 foot Shuttle Run
15 SUMO Deadlifts (135#/185#)
90 foot Shuttle Run
3 Wall Walks
90 foot Shuttle Run
9 SUMO Deadlifts (135#/185#)
90 foot Shuttle Run
1 Wall Walk
90 foot Shuttle Run To Finish & Touch Barbell To Finish!
(8 minute cutoff)

Scale the distance on the wall walks, if needed, but stay consistent!!

POST YOUR TOTAL REPS FOR PULL UPS AND TOTAL TIME FOR THE WORKOUT TO COMMENTS
