SATURDAY WORKOUT... BARBELLS FOR BOOBS!

We are fundraising for Stephanie Brooks today!

We will run heats every 10 minutes from 10am until 11:30am so show up about 15-20 minutes before you want to go and we will get you in... It will be first come, first serve for heats, but we can get up to 70 athletes through this WOD...

The WOD is...

"Amazing Grace"

30 reps of Clean & Jerk for time
(95#/135#)(75-80% of your best OVERHEAD max)

There will be a SIX MINUTE cutoff for this WOD...

Come help us raise some much needed money for Steph!
