STINK AND DRINK WOD!!

Don't forget the workout will start at 6pm tomorrow, but we will still have open gym from 4-6pm tomorrow...

In groups of 5 complete an ENTIRE DECK of cards in the order you flip the cards over with each of the exercises listed below corresponding to the suit on the card and your reps will be the number on the card...

Spades - Burpees (No Push Up)
Clubs - Air Squats
Hearts - Push Ups
Diamonds - Sit Ups
Joker - 45 second Pull Up Hold (only 2 per deck :))

Your group CAN NOT move on to the next exercise until every member of the group finishes the exercise that they are on and if you don't finish then your score will the total number of cards your group completes at the time cutoff...

20 minutes for this one!

Should be fun!!

Don't forget we are heading for drinks and food afterward in Aksarben Village at either Dudley's or DJs Dugout...
