SUNDAY WORKOUT

Little Variation of the Fran Variation From The Open in 2011...

We will run this in two different heats so let's get A TON in to try their hand at this tomorrow!

WORKOUT:
2011 Open WOD 11.6-ish
3 Barbell Thrusters (63#/100#)
3 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
6 Barbell Thrusters (63#/100#)
6 CTB Pull Ups
9 Barbell Thrusters (63#/100#)
9 CTB Pull Ups
... Continue adding 3 reps on and get as high up the ladder as possible...

Here's the -ish part...

You will perform a 4 minute AMRAP of this "Fran-Ladder"
REST 4 MINUTES (As another group goes, if needed)
You will then perform another 3 minute AMRAP of the "Fran-Ladder"
REST 3 MINUTES (Again, another group may go)
You will then perform a 2 minute AMRAP of the "Fran-Ladder"
REST 2 MINUTES
Then you will do ONE FINAL 1 minute AMRAP of the "Fran-Ladder"

You will start back at the beginning every time you restart this workout and we are looking for MAX TOTAL REPS so every extra rep counts!

POST YOUR TOTAL REPS PERFORMED FOR EACH AMRAP TO COMMENTS
