NEW OPEN WOD SCHEDULE!!


UPDATED OPEN WOD SCHEDULE!

We are going to make a little change for The Open next week...

Typically most individuals scores improve every time they do The Open WODs so we are going to give you guys maximum attempts to try the WODs out during this five week "season"

The WOD will be released every Thursday night at 7pm so those of you that want to give the WOD a whirl right after its released on that night are welcomed to do so at 7:30pm...

ALSO... We will offer Friday night as another option for those of you that don't perform it on Thursday night...

We will probably offer varying times ranging from 5:30pm until around 7pm depending on the time scale for the WOD... We would also like to have a community celebration after each one of these Friday Open WOD trails... Food, drinks, games, etc...

After you have given the WOD at least one full go we want an active recovery day (SATURDAYS) which means come in and get some lighter, longer aerobic work in along with stretching, flossing and rolling...

Sunday is the day we will give the WOD one final go as it will be programmed as our regular class WOD on that day...

Monday would be another lighter/longer recovery day before we hit a lifting/conditioning day on Tuesday/Wednesday to prep for what might be coming for the remaining weeks of The Open...

If the WOD is short then we may allow up to THREE chances to try it out to maximize your score for The Open...
