WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

We will still have ALL CLASSES today... We live close to the gym so the odds of us ever cancelling classes is pretty low, BUT USE DISCRETION... Be careful out there!!

SKILL:
Use 5-10 minutes with the empty barbell & lighter weights and work correct HIP CONTACT & CATCH SPEED for the snatch

POWER/TECHNIQUE:
Take 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch
(You can do whatever type of snatch you like, but get some heavy weight on the bar & maintain AT LEAST 90% perfect technique or better AT ALL TIMES!)

WORKOUT:
Time for a baseline test!

Use 60-70% of your best Snatch 1RM from above OR 95#/135#, whichever is LOWER and perform...
