WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

The Open is getting closer and closer so now we really go for the ultra high intensity training so you know how hard you can really push yourself even when you think you have no more left to give...

Solid movement and make sure to come in early if your are having any shoulder/hip issues and really spend some extra time warming up and prepping things for these next 9 days and during the Open as well...

WARM UP/SHOULDER POSITIONING: 6 Total Minutes
2 minutes per movement trying to accumulate as many seconds/reps as you can with PERFECT body positions...
1.) Ring Rows (Initiate movement with your shoulders then your arms)
2.) Handstand Push Up Holds/Walking
3.) Band Resisted Hip Work
(Do the following, in order, as many times through as possible during the 2 minute work time:
Band Lateral Walks X5EA Way, Monster Walks (forward & backward) X5EA, 5 Band Air Squats)

WORKOUT:
80 Barbell Thrusters (75#/53#)
40 Toes 2 Bar
20 Handstand Push Ups (Kipping IS Allowed)
* As Many Rounds PLUS Reps As Possible In 10 Minutes *

The standard for HSPUs is 25s placed on the sides of an AbMat, but ALL THREE objects must be touching the wall, no staggering the plates from the wall is allowed...

You may scale the height of the HSPU, if needed, but if you think you can get even just one LEGIT  depth HSPU then give it a go...

You may also scale to HSPUs on a box, if you need to, but make sure to have that PERFECT triangle shaped motion we always preach...

There are THREE ways to score this WOD if you're going Rx'd...
1.) Check your time for the 80 thrusters if you don't think you will finish the T2B...
2.) Check your time for the T2B if you don't think you will finish the HSPUs...
3.) OR your total rounds plus reps completed if you know you can complete all three movements without a problem...
