Third week of the Open!

WORKOUT:
Crossfit Open WOD 14.3

10 Deadlifts (95#/135#)
15 Box Jumps (20"/24")(Step ups are allowed)
15 Deadlifts (135#/185#)
15 Box Jumps (Same)
20 Deadlifts (155#/225#)
15 Box Jumps (Same)
25 Deadlifts (185#/275#)
15 Box Jumps (Same)
30 Box Jumps (205#/315#)
15 Box Jumps (Same)
35 Box Jumps (225#/365#)
15 Box Jumps (Same)
* As many reps as possible in 8 minutes *

You must fully stand on box jumps and change your own weights between each round... There is also a tiebreaker time after each set of box jumps on each round so make sure to record the time you finish your last set of box jumps for this one!

We will scale your weigh jumps for you guys that aren't doing the Open, but want to do this WOD...

Start with around 50% of your best Deadlift 1RM on round 1 and work up to 60%, 70%, 80%, then maybe 85-90%, but be smart with this one!!
