TUESDAY OPEN GYM... OPEN ATHLETE WOD (4-7pm)

OPEN ATHLETE WORKOUT: (Tuesday)

Front Squat
* Quickly work to 85-90%1RM X 1-2 reps in just 4 mins
(4 total sets... 60%, 75%, 80-85%, 85-90%)

SQUAT Clean Thruster
* Work up to a challenging, but NOT MAX weight for just 2 reps
(15-20 minutes... Rest between sets, as needed)
* 4-6 sets total

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes perform the following:
1st minute - 12 Burpees (Smooth, efficient pace)
2nd minute - 8 Squat Clean Thrusters (65#/100#)
(Use 60-65% of the best weight you hit for 2 reps if you need to scale)
3rd minute - 4-8 Toes 2 Bar
(Careful with your hands!)

Work smooth movements on all of these and try to make sure you have AT WORST 10-15 seconds rest between each movement...
