Every minute on the minute for FIVE MINUTES perform 4-10 Toes 2 Bar...
(Scale these by using RINGS to make the movement easier, if needed... Longer straps equals easier T2B)

POWER:
2 Postion Snatch For MAX LOAD in 15-20 minutes depending on class sizes...
- Rep #1 - Hang SQUAT Snatch
- Rep #2 - SQUAT Snatch

WORKOUT:
Perform 100m Row Sprint Every Minute On The Minute For SIX MINUTES Aiming For FASTEST & MOST CONSISTENT Times Possible From Beginning To End...
(Men - Try to stay under 18-19 seconds & Ladies - Try to break 20-21 seconds)

POST YOUR REPS PER MINUTE, BEST WEIGHT AND RANGE OF ROW TIMES TO COMMENTS
