SATURDAY WORKOUT

Remember the point is to get to know new people and get a kick ass workout in so get in here!

WORKOUT:
10 minute cutoff:
With a partner Row 2000m as fast as possible, then with the time remaining perform as many Wall Walks as possible working just ONE PARTNER at a time...

REST 2 MINUTES

10 minute cutoff:
With the same partner complete 500 Double Unders as fast as possible , then with the time remaining perform as many Turkish Get Ups (35#/53#) with the time remaining again working just ONE PARTNER at a time...

We will scale distances and reps as needed, but really give Double Unders a go for this one...

The score for the first WOD is your total Wall Walks completed and for the second WOD is the number of TGUs completed...
