ATTENTION GAMES ATHLETES!

After talking with multiple athletes we have decided to cut things down these last few weeks leading up to the Open so you guys are fresh for the 5 week competitive season to come...

From next week on we will have JUST ONE extra workout (Tuesday @ Open Gym OR Thursday @ 7:30pm) each week so we reach a peak for the end of February when the Open starts...

You guys are welcomed and encouraged to continue to work on skills, etc after regular class workouts anytime you like as long as you remain respectful of the class after you...
