GAMES - SESSION 14 (SORT OF :))

Been debating on how to approach this one so here we go....

We have reached the end of the Front Squat cycle so you get to pick the day you retest this lift...

If you feel good AFTER WARMING UP tonight at Open Gym you can retest your Front Squat and then TAKE WEDNESDAY OFF...

If you're not feeling it tonight than you will do 20-30 minutes of Gymnastics Skill and test your Front Squat on WEDNESDAY DURING CLASSES as this will be part of the class workout on Wednesday...

I prefer you wait until Wednesday to test as long as you're going to attend Noon OR Evening classes...

If you will go to Wednesday morning classes I would like you to test out tonight and take the day off on Wednesday...

There will be ANOTHER, DIFFERENT games workout I will post for those of you coming on Thursday night... I would like you to get the energy from the regular class environment for the Front Squat retest if you can...
