15 CTB Pull Ups + 15 Toes 2 Bar (1 rep of each x 15 sets)
400m Shuttle Run (Dumpster, 100 & Cone -All X1)
9 Bear Complexes (93#/135#)(Just 55-60% 1RM Push Press)
200m Shutttle Run (100 & Back X2)
20 minute cutoff
