SATURDAY WORKOUT

Team & FREE trail day at 10am!

WORKOUT:
In groups of 2 sharing the workload however you like perform the following:
50 calories on the Rower OR Bike
- Partner 1, Inchworm walks from the back of the Rower to your KB (30-35 feet)
50 KB Swings (35#/53#)
- Partner 2, Inchworm walks from the KB to the back of the Rower
40 calories on the Rower OR Bike
- Partner 1, Inchworms to the KB
40 KB Swings (35#/53#)
- Partner 2, Inchworms to the Rower

... continue this pattern for 30&30 reps each, 20&20 reps each and finally 10&10 reps each...

THEN...

Count back up again!

This will be a 20 minute workout trying to perform as many total reps as possible...

The Inchworm exercise INCLUDES A PUSH UP...
