FREE CLASS @ 10AM!!

WORKOUT:
In teams of 2 perform as many rounds plus extra reps as possible in 24 minutes of the following:
5 Med Ball Slams (20-30#/30-50#)
10 Straight Leg AbMat Sit Ups (Touch toes to finish each rep)
20 foot Walking Lunge

THE CATCH...

Every 4 minutes you must stop what you are doing and perform a 200m Row OR 1/4 mile Bike, including the start of the WOD...
