THURSDAY WORKOUT

OPEN WOD 15.3 COMES OUT TONIGHT!

To celebrate we are going to lift something heavy! ;)

POWER:
1 High HANG Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Power Clean + 2 Push Jerks
- Take 6-8 total sets with 2-3 minutes rest between each set to find a MAX LOAD for this complex

20-30 minutes for this one

Start around 60% of your best Push Press 1RM & go from there...

REMEMBER...
- High hang means we are trying to stay behind the barbell on the dip...
- The barbell must be immediately moved overhead coming out of the squat during the Thruster...
- You can not split jerk the last 2... Must be a Push Jerk on both...
