MONDAY WORKOUT

Need to get comfortable upside down so let keep working it!

SKILL/POWER:
Work to the deepest Kipping Handstand Push Up you can in 15-20 minutes for a single rep without overarching/breaking...

Use AbMats or Scale to a Box and do strict, if needed...

THEN...

Using 50% of your best depth or add additional height if you didn't go below parallel and do the following:

Max rep kipping (or strict if the kipping motion is still a little rough) HSPUs in 2 minutes...

The goal is to get as close to 10 reps or more as possible...

WORKOUT:
Perform 100 AbMat Sit Ups For Time...

However, you must perform a :20 Side Bridge on your Left and Right sides every TWO MINUTES, including the beginning of the workout...

8 minute time cap!

POST YOUR BEST DEPTH, TOTAL REPS IN 2 MINUTES AND TOTAL TIME FOR THE WORKOUT TO COMMENTS

Work quickly to a heavy set of 1 on bench
- 235

90% (210) for max reps (4)
- Strict ctb pull ups (13)
Rest 3 mins
80% (190) for max reps (8)
- strict chin ups (16)
Rest 3 mins
70% (165) for max (12 reps)
- kipping pull ups (34 reps)

Core work:
Every 2 mins (:20 Side bridge each)
50 total barbell rock stars with a 25 on the end...
5:10...

My first deficit HSPU! The deficit was 25# and 10# too!
Used the 10# plate deficit and only got 3 in 2 minutes.
4:49 for the Sit ups
