MONDAY WORKOUT

SKILL WORK:
Kipping Pull Ups Practice - 15-20 Mins
** Try to get your first ever, string together multiples, work on butterfly, whatever makes you better!

CONDITIONING:
4 Handstand Push Ups OR Accumulate 20 secs in a Handstand Position
(Can Use A Band or Box Assist, If Needed, but do your best to mimic the proper position)
8 Swings (I'll Assign a weight for you in class, It's going to be heavy)
12 Knees To Elbows (Not Knee to Triceps) OR 24 Twisting Sits Ups
** 20 MINS - AS MANY RDS AS POSSIBLE **

MOBIILITY:
Foam Roll and Band Stretching
