MONDAY WORKOUT

SKILL WORK:
Turkish Get Ups
** 5EA Arm **

CONDITIONING:
5 Strict Ring or Bar Dips (Use Bands, If Needed)
10 Inverted Rows (Chest to Bar)(Bend Knees, As Needed)
20 Alternating Pistol Squats (Band Assistance Only, No Box Use Permitted)
** As Many RDS As Possible In 20 Mins **

The results are a little harder to judge but based off of the overall levels of assistance used here's what we have...

1. Kevin - 9 2/3 + 9 Pistols (Purple Band)
2. Carrie - 9 (Mini - Dips, Green Band - Pistols)
3. Eldon - 9 1/3 + 8 (Large Blue - Pistols)
4. Megan - 7 (2R's -Dips, Large Blue- Pistols)
5. Roger - 5 2/3 (Purple/Red-Dips, Blue+Box - Pistols)
6. Michaela - 6 (Purple/2R's-Dips, Blue+Box-Pistols)
7. Barb - 5 2/3 +16 (Jumping Dips, Blue+Box)
8. Sharon - 5 + 2 Dips (Jumping, Blue+Box)
9. Carolyn - 5 1/3 + 5 Rows (Muscle Ups, Blue)

Great work to everyone... This workout had at least one weakness for everyone involved... Keep attacking your weaknesses so they arent a weakness anymore... It's a battle but if you constantly take yourself there you will conquer it!
