SUNDAY WORKOUT

FITNESS TEST:

Thrusters (I will prescribe a weight for you in class)
Pull Ups (Kipping or Jumping Only)
21-15-9
(If you do jumping pull ups the reps for the pull ups will be double, 42-30-18)
** 10 minute cutoff **

This is your chance to assess your fitness to this point and to allow me to get another tool of assessment for your overall progress so push it hard!!
