WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

POWER WORK: (Yes, no matter your age or background you do need to be powerful to be fit and healthy!!)
Push Press (Dip and Drive, but make sure there is only ONE bend of the knee)
10-5-3-2-1-1 (Increase load each attempt and you must have additional loading for the set of 10)

CONDITIONING:
Air Squats (60 secs)
REST 60 SECS
Burpees (Chest to Deck) (40 secs)
REST 40 SECS
Med Ball Slams (11-20#) (20 secs)
REST 20 SECS
** REPEAT IMMEDIATELY FOR 3 TOTAL ROUNDS **

Post Weight Lifted and Total Reps Completed To Comments

GET AFTER IT, YOU GET THE DAY OFF THURSDAY!!
