FINALLY GET TO GO OUTSIDE!! Dress Accordingly!

STRENGTH:
Bench Press
5RM
* With IMPECCABLE technique... Keep your shoulders together and down, butt down and feet pushed through the floor...
** 20-25 Mins (5-7 Sets) 

WORKOUT:
1600m Run (4 Laps Outside Track)
* All out with nothing left at the end!
** 10 Minute Cutoff

Kevin - 175X5 (185X3) - Looked great though...
Roger - 155X5 (Old PR - 150#X5)(165X4) Almost!
Carolyn - 60X5 (65X4) - Almost hit her PR
Dave - 160#X5 (150#X5 was his old PR) Looked EASY!!

1600m Run
1. Kevin - 6:48
2. Roger - 8:34 - UNREAL!
3. Dave - 8:38 - First timed mile ever!
4. Carolyn - 9:58 - 23 secs faster than before!

Unbelievable Work! Back at it tomorrow!

Nice Dave! 1600m is along way for us old folks to be running that far !!that fast!! HaHa and Kev put in his usual impressive performance is there any u can not do!!!
