** We are going to add some bands into the mix and see how you guys like it
*** If you have kipping down then I want you to do 5-10 Pull Ups per min for 5-7 Minutes
STRENGTH WORK:
Push Press
5-5-5
Push Jerk
3-3-3-3
Split Jerk
1-1-1-1-1
