20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Push Presses
20 OH Squats
20 Front Squats
- Every 60 Seconds You Must Stop and Perform 4 Burpees, This Includes The Start of the Workout
* Rx'd Weights Are 95# for Men / 65# for Women *
** I'll Make Any Weight Adjustments For You In Class

Gave this one another try... First time since I did at the sectional qualifiers last year.. 451 then.. 439 now
