Handstand Push Ups
* Take 10-15 Minutes to Work on This Valuable Movement *
WORKOUT:
You have one 4 minute, one 3 minute, one 2 minute and one 1 minute time frame to spread any of the following exercises:
1) Box Jumps (12-24")(2 Points Per Jump)
2) Sit Ups (1 Point Per Rep)
3) Wall Ball (10-20#)(4 Points Per Rep)
4) Sumo Deadlift High Pull (45-75#)(3 Points Per Rep)
An example set up would be... Box Jump for 4 Mins, Wall Ball for 3 Mins, SDHP for 2 Mins then Sit Ups for a min... You can put the exercises in whatever time frame allows you to maximize your total points for the workout...I'll assign loads and heights for you in class... Have fun!!
