21 DB Swings (35#/55#)
12 Pull Ups (Strict OR Kipping)
3 ROUNDS
*18 minute cutoff*

** I would like 2 athletes per workout variation to see how closely the times compare, LET'S GET AFTER IT!

This workout was hard but really kinda fun, and I can't beleive i just used FUN and WORKOUT in the same sentence. must be all the other people dying with me at the the same time. :)
