STRENGTH: 
Strict / 3RM Weighted Pull Ups
Strict - Sets of 5 (Only for those of you that can't add any resistance)
Weighted - Sets of 3
* You have five sets to get the lightest bands resistance or highest external load you can *

WORKOUT: 
200m Sprint (1 Lap in the Gym OR Half of a Lap Outside)
6 ROUNDS (Starting a new sprint every 2-2:30 Minutes)
* Keep your times fast and consistent *
** Try to establish a new personal best in the first two attempts**
