That was a fun workout. I was not up to the Rx'd box jump height but it will leave me something to add to the long list of weekness to work on!! Carrie and Edlon NICE WORK it gives us all something to shoot for watching you guys go that hard. Dave thanks for setting the number for me to beat! it really makes me go harder. us old guys got to stick togeather
